FAQ

How do I place an order?

Ordering online from Baby Lemonade Store has designed to be a Breeze and we are here to help you every step of the way! When viewing an item, simply select your size and quantity needed and then click ‘Add to Cart’. You can review the items in your Cart at any time by clicking on the ‘Cart’ icon in the top right corner of every page. Once you have reviewed the items in your shopping cart, you can either continue shopping or continue to checkout and place your order with us.

How do I checkout?

Once you have your selected items in your Cart, simply click the ‘Checkout’ button. You will then be prompted to either sign in to your account, or alternatively, checkout with your desired method of payment e.g. Card, PayPal or Afterpay. Next, choose your preferred shipping method and enter any discount codes or credit vouchers that you may want to use. Finally, you will be directed to complete your payment. A confirmation of order placement will arrive in your email address containing the contents of your order.

I’ve just placed an order – where is my confirmation email?

Please allow up to 4 hours for your confirmation email to be received in your registered email address inbox. We recommend checking your Junk/Spam mail folder as well. If you do not receive a confirmation email within this time frame, simply send an email to our Customer Care team should you have any concerns at contact@babylemonadestore.com.au.

I’m unable to place my order - what do I do? 

If an error message repeatedly occurs during your checkout process, more often than not, there is a credit card problem, or an error with the billing or shipping address you are trying to use. To fix this error, try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing or shipping information. Additionally, please check adequate funds are available and/or your checkout of choose e.g. (PayPal, Afterpay, Zipay) if applicable, have the correct log-in details.  If the error message keeps re-occurring, please email our Customer Care team at contact@babylemonadestore.com.au with a screenshot of the error as well as details of your browser, phone or computer so that our tech team can help you in a quick and efficient matter. 

Can I cancel/make changes I Just Placed? 

In the event the order has not yet been processed, we will endeavour to make adjustments where possible and cancelations cannot occur once payment has been processed. Please do note, we process orders very quickly, so changes cannot always be fulfilled. You must immediately contact our customer care team (within 1 hour) with your change request details included in the email to contact@babylemonadestore.com.au. This will minimize the processing delay with your order due to the changes being made.

Do you have a size chart?

We have a size guide for you to follow, but if you have specific questions about an item that are not already mentioned in the "Details" section, please contact our Customer Care team and we’ll be more than happy to provide you with extra information to make your purchase easier at contact@babylemonadestore.com.au.

What is Afterpay?

AfterPay is a digital service that allows you buy an item now and pay it off later in fortnightly instalments. All information regarding AfterPay can be viewed directly on the AfterPay website at the link https://www.afterpay.com.au/faqs/.

Where is my order, I have not received it yet?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped that contains your tracking information. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your Junk Mail or Spam folder, as it may have been received there. Please also note that tracking information is sent via email For domestic  and international orders, please allow one to two business days from the date of shipment for your parcel to arrive.

How do I order a Gift Voucher?

Please search the word “Gift” and you will be presented with the Gift Card Option whereby you can select you desired value amount, and go to the checkout cart to process this. You will be sent two emails, one containing the confirmation of the Gift Voucher Purchase Receipt and a separate email containing the Gift Voucher itself. Please note, this Gift-Voucher is printable and also fordable should you wish to share it digitally. What is the item I like has sold out in my size?

Our items can sell out fast and we are not always able to restock them. However, you are more than welcome to contact our Customer Care team and we’ll be more than happy to supply any information of potential restock at contact@babylemonadestore.com.au..

Can I return a Sale item?

There are no returns, exchanges or refunds available on sale items. All sale items are sold as final sale only due to the large discount applied. Please refer to our RETURN POLICY at our Customer Care page for further details.

Can I purchase your items in store?

Yes, you absolutely can! Baby Lemonade Store is located on Ground Level at Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, on the Gold Coast (QLD). For the rest of the world, we are based online only. We’ve made shopping from your home easy and we deliver right to your door at the click of a button.
