PAYMENT METHODS
BABY LEMONADE STORE offers several payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, PayPal and Afterpay* and Zippay. All payments options are securely processed via the respective third-parties: PayPal for PayPal payments, and Afterpay for Afterpay payments. You do not require a PayPal account to use the Credit/Debit Card option.
For Credit/Debit card payments, we accept Visa and MasterCard only.
AfterPay is available for orders being placed within Australia, New Zealand and the US however orders must total $90 AUD (Australian orders) or $90 USD (US orders) in order to use the AfterPay payment method. PAYMENT ISSUES
PayPal / Afterpay - If you are experiencing issues while checkout out using PayPal or Afterpay*, please contact PayPal or Afterpay directly about the issue, as they can assist you faster with more accurate information on how to resolve the issue. BABY LEMONADE STORE is unable to correct issues relating to these payment methods as they are out of our control. These companies keep your information safe - even from BABY LEMONADE STORE- and therefore will not deal with us directly on matters, only with you as their customer.
Credt/Debit Card - If you are having difficulty checking out, or paying with your credit card - please verify your payment details, that your card is active and that it has the correct funds available. If this is definitely the case and you are still experiencing issues, please email our Customer Care team for further assistance at contact@babylemonadestore.com.au.
DUPLICATE ORDER
Have you placed a duplicate order? Please email Customer Care at contact@babylemonadestore.com.au immediately so that we can investigate the issue and have the duplicate order payment reversed before it is processed. Any duplicate orders that have been shipped before BABY LEMONADE STORE has been notified will be refunded once the order has been returned back to our Returns Address.
PAYMENT SECURITY
All payments to BABY LEMONADE STORE are securely processed using industry-grade TSL security. Your credit card number and PayPal login details, and Afterpay* AND ZIPPAY login details, are secured with and solely by them. BABY LEMONADE STORE is never, at any time, able to see your credit card information including the name, number, expiry and CVV. BABY LEMONADE STORE is never able to see your PayPal, ZIPPAY or Afterpay* account information, only the username or email address with which your account is associated.
* Afterpay is available to Australian and US customers only.
CURRENCY
All prices on babylemonadestore.com are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices displayed in a particular currency will also be charged in that currency. BABY LEMONADE STORE does not set prices based on the current AUD-USD exchange rate, and will not be held responsible if any particular item's price in AUD and USD does not reflect the current exchange rate.
